After that add some chocolate chips and then pour the batter in a greased baking pan and bake it properly. Almond Flour Loaf Cake with Honey Roasted Figs

This diet cake is moist and sweet and too pretty to eat. This cake is gluten free which makes it even healthier. Ingredients needed to bake this cake are: 8-10 fresh figs roasted in honey, butter or oil, honey, a pinch of cinnamon, almond flour, coconut flour, salt, baking soda, flax seed, eggs, apple cider vinegar and vanilla. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside. Now slice the figs into half and brush them with honey and butter mix.

Sprinkle some cinnamon over them and place them in the oven to roast. Take a bowl and mix together almond flour, coconut flour, salt, baking soda, and flaxseed meal. Take another small bowl and whisk together the eggs, honey syrup, apple cider vinegar, vanilla and melted butter. Now mix the wet and dry ingredients together and mix them well. Pour half of the batter in the greased pan and then layer it with the roasted figs and after that pour the remaining batter over it. Sprinkle some raw sugar over it and bake it for 30-35 minutes. Let it cool completely in the pan and then remove it after it is cooled properly. Drizzle some honey over it and your cake is ready to be served.
